Ok, I am relying on John and Lindsey on this post. Since I haven't had time to post this myself, I noticed today they John and Lindsey have on their blog. We did have a party here at our house on 4th of July. This party served many purposes. Not only was it 4th of July, BUT it was also a goodbye to John and Lindsey who left to go back to the US a week later, AND it was a early birthday party for Nolan(since we didn't have time for a big extravaganza), AND it was a Happy Homecoming Day to Meredith since it was 1 year exactly since she got released from the hospital. So, with all this in mind I tried to squeeze on these things onto one cake which would have been pretty much impossible normally. BUT, my lovely cake had a hole in it(DON'T ASK) so it looked even worse than it could have. So it is a pathetic looking cake, sorry, but it gets the point across. It was the last party at our house before we moved so we were happy to be able to celebrate so many things...
Also, thank you to Mimi for the Slip and Slid it was a complete hit, everyone here LOVES it and keeps asking us where we got it. We put it out for the first time on the 4th and even the big kids got to give it a try!
