On the Run...

We are on the road again this weekend... Matt's mom and grandma are flying in from the United States to come visit us! We pick them up at his Aunt Jewell and Uncle Brian's house in Basel, Switzerland. We will stay with his Aunt and Uncle in Switzerland for the weekend and then Matt's mom will drive with us back to Italy. Grandma GiGi will stay in Switzerland. We are so excited to see them! Matt's mom was only here for 2 weeks right after Meredith was born which was a very stressful and difficult time for us. She saw Meredith in the ICU, but she has not got to hold her yet. We are excited for her to see Meredith again! No one else in the family has got to meet Meredith, so it will be a really great weekend seeing everyone and catching up. I personally am looking forward to having some "adult" company during the day with Matt's mom being here, plus Matt is leaving for Russia on a business trip first thing Monday morning so it is good timing for that as well.
