We made it!!

Hello all!! Sorry for the long delay between posts. We are back in the United States and trying to get settled as best we can. We are in love with our new house and property and cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Everyday we find something else that makes us love it more and we just cannot believe that we live there. We are so happy. We are planning on being there for a very long time! We don't have internet access there yet, so luckily we are blessed enough to have a brand new library about a 4 minute drive from the house(another reason why we love the house so much). It has a great kids section and we will be visiting there alot I am sure.

The movers arrived on Tuesday with all the items we have had in storage the past three years. We are finally getting close to getting it all put away and getting organized. We will have another shipment arriving in 2-4 weeks coming by air, then in 6-8 weeks coming by sea. It seems like alot of "stuff" so we hope we can find places for everything when it arrives. We will live with what we have for now and will get by until the final shipment arrives in about 2 months.

We visited Nolan's new school yesterday and love that as well. We have enrolled him into the Montessori school about a 10-15 minute from our house. We are very happy with this choice and everyone there is very nice. The school is great and he will officially begin classes on August 21st. He will be in a bilingual class, speaking Spanish and English, hopefully adding Spanish to the list of languages he has learned.

We are sorry we are not able to contact everyone back in Italy. Without internet access at our house now, we do not really have easy access to our email or skype. We are trying to decide what to do about this. We are trying to watch our budget at the moment. We are considering not getting it at this time and just using the computers at the library for a while until we get a bit established but we will see about that. I have gotten a new cell phone and can email short email messages on this, but I cannot access my address book, so if everyone can send me a short email, I can get your email address that way.

We miss everyone so much back in Italy and thank you again for everything you have done for us that past 3 years. We think of you often and look forward to seeing you again soon! Will try to keep you posted as much as we can. It is a very busy time for us right now. We are pretty much starting from scratch. New country, new house, new cars, etc...We have alot to do in the coming weeks so we will for sure not have time to be bored. Ciao!!
