Just another example of the things that you have to deal with in Italy. With a city of over a million people, Torino has too many cars, and not enough parking places. So, in typical Italian style people get very creative in finding their parking spaces. This isn't so creative, but a very common site. Unfortunately, you just don't want to be the one blocked in. Yesterday it was us, after coming out from an appointment in Torino, we found ourselves blocked in with the owner of the car no where in site. We went searching with no luck, so we had to try to get out ourselves, with a car on every side of us, it wasn't an easy task. We eventually ran across someone who knew the owner of the car and they tracked the owner down, but this is just another common problem you will run into in Italy.
