Italy Update

Well, we are officially the proud owners of our very own Italian Visas. We now have permission to reside in the country of Italy and come and go as we please, traveling in and out of the country for the next two years. If we are there beyond that(which we very well may be) we have to re-apply for new Visa's. I would imagine that it would be much easier to get them the second time around, but nothing at this point would surprise me after going through this process. So, this is our last full week staying here at our home away from home in Lafayette at Homewood Suites. We do feel like they are have been part of our family since we have been here and from what we have been told the buzz around the office here at the hotel is that we are leaving soon and how much they are going to miss us(we are sure it is mostly Nolan they will miss). Anyway, if any of you ever have the chance to stay here at the Homewood Suites in Lafayette tell them we said hi. Their entire staff is just wonderful.
Matt will be returning to Italy next week, while Nolan and I have decided to stay a few weeks longer until after Laurie(Matt's sisters) wedding in April. The less travel time you have with a 2o month old active toddler the better. We will all return to Italy in April together after the wedding. We will keep you posted!
